Justifying Position

I need some help. Our coordinator is off and my boss wants me to get statistics to justify another position.  Can anyone share how many beds you have, how many full time and part time nurses (hours and days covered), how many PICC lines/mid-lines placed per month, how many IV starts per month, how many dressing changes.  Also if you do anything else infusion related.                                     Thank you
