We do not use Coumadin routinely.  Have discussed it but impossible to get 
our Drs to come to a concensus........

looking for information on picc pt.'s on low dose coumadin---articles,
what your facility does, procedures, protocols.  our standing order was
to start them on it, but many of our md's don't want it now.  just
wondering what everyone is doing.
