WE are also trialing the Sigma spectrum pump. The Sigma pump is already in use in the OR and Cardio-vascular Surgery unit at my hospital. We are trying it for the rest of the hospital. There have been no problems with it and  the nurses find it easy to use  and accurate. Let me know how your trial goes. Feedback is so helpful.
