If you can not find the information in those books, you should assume that the drugs are incompatible and not mix them. The studies may not have been done on these combinations.
Also, I would add that giving drugs IV produces no valid reason to mix them together in the same syringe and could increase the risk of vein irritation even if they are compatible. If giving IM, I can understand the need to reduce the number of sticks, but this would not be the case for IV administration. Lynn
