Yes, PDI has a Chlorhexidine wipe available, Reorder no. B10800 (3.15% Chlorhexidine Gluconate and 70% Isopropyl Alcohol). They call it a Chlorascrub Swab, but it's just like an alcohol wipe.  I think the word "swab" may be misleading.  Very reasonable cost.  We've been using them for several months for peripheral IVs.
