I have been trying to get my hospital to use cath flow since I went to the AVA conference. in Savanna. My director of nursing believes we should be able to use this product. I have given her the copies of the cool studies, The hang up is from the head Pharmacist. She has been blocking the use of cath flow for I am not sure of her reasons. Anyway I have been periodically bring up the "Save the line campaign" the the need for this part of the puzzle. My Director of nursing ask me to ask if anyone has a policy and procedure in place that they would be able share with us. And of course any great suggestions that would help to convince the power of being.
