Question from our Pain Nurse as regards SQ needle for Intermitant and Continuous infusions--Is there a national standard/guideline by INS ONS or other organization as to maintenance of site--Specifically how long the needle can reside in site until change is required--Package says change Q48HR but Home Health changes QWeek--In the Hospital we have always rotated sites at the same interval as Tubing which is Q96HR--She looking for something in print
