would like to know your practice/policy regarding RIC (rapid infusion catheter). for example, 1. maximal dwell time for a RIC? 2. do you allow RIC on the floor beside ICUs? 3. what is your flushing policy of the RIC, same as PIV? 4. can staffs remove a RIC?
