Dear Group,
How do you all do pts who are coming back into hospital for long term
therapy with central venous access, do you repeat chest x-rays every
time they come back in for treatment?
We are updating our policy.  Our Oncology nurse specialist has cited
that ONS and INS both no longer require repeat x-rays to verify
placement.
