Thanks for your reply Stefanos, Actually, that's the thing. We DO have the vault license, and it's showing in the list of loaded keys when you look from help. I've tried different credentials on the service to no avail.
I guess this is going to be like 5.1 where we didn't get things stabilized until MP3... In the meantime, I'm waiting for support to respond to acknowledge my now 5 day old case. Sigh......
