What the below means is that images do exist, make sure
from you admin console that you have selected the right client and the right
policy type i.e standard , MS-Windows-NT. addtionally make sure the right master
server is selected.
Failing that use
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bp

Backup CSG_BACKUP_SERVER I’ve tried selecting
all the policy types not just the “Normal Backups” and I still get no
results. Dustin

David [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Dustin Do you have command
line access to the master server, if so to make sure the images are indeed
available, run the following with the correct substitute
dates. /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpimagelist
-d 07/01/2006 -e 07/17/2006
-client cient -U
This will list the
valid images. Quick Q , are selecting
the right policy type in the restore window on the admin
console? Dave From:

[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dustin D'Amour I’m trying to restore
a backup and can’t seem to get any of the backup images to list under the
restore tab in the Admin Console. I made a test directory to backup then
proceeded to backup the files which worked without any errors then I deleted all
the files in the test directory and then tried to restore the files.
Unless I’m doing something wrong the backup I just did doesn’t show up under the
restore tab search result area. Sorry for the
simplistic question, it never really dawned on me to test a restore of backups
until a script I was working on inadvertently deleted the wrong
files. 6.0 MP3 SLES 9
