I then tried the Phase 2 import as follows: > > bpimport -id A00011 -backupid host.name.image_1149400138 > It begins the Phase 2 import and after a long time of reading > the tape, it gives the error: > > Unexpected EOF reading image, the image information is not complete.
Maybe someone else has experience with this error message (I don't, nor have I looked it up), but o check the detail logs on both phases for all tapes o check the metadata file (netbackup/db/images/<client>/<timegroup>/<backup> and see what fragment information was created by the phase 1. You need all of 'em o if neither of those help, unmuxed backups can be retrieved with tar o try phase 2 on small, simple backups to see if anything you have on tape is usable FYI, unimported phase I info expires after a week. _______________________________________________ Veritas-bu maillist - Veritas-bu@mailman.eng.auburn.edu http://mailman.eng.auburn.edu/mailman/listinfo/veritas-bu
