Although it is not supported and quite difficult it is _sometimes_ possible. There are a couple of issues. Most important are the platforms of the existing master servers. Of course it is also very important that all media have different bar codes. There are some more items to clarify. I've done this a couple of times with all NetBackup version (not 6.0, I think merging EMMs is a hard task). The process is to difficult and tricky, so it's just impossible to give just an advise by email. I will be in ZA in April, so if you want we could meet to discuss this task.
