The standing rule of thumb is that the master always has to be the highest version, then media servers, then clients. So upgrade the master, then the media servers, then clients. There's also an FAQ entry that says the admin consoles have to be at 6.5.3.1 if the master is 6.5.3.1. And the standing rule of thumb is that NOM has to be at least at the release of the master. .../Ed
