Hi Tom, I was having the same issues over here, we have basically the same backup platform as yours. Two SL3000 with five IBM LTO4 drives in each one running on NetBackup 6.5.4, this problem was driving me nuts, I've done a lot of firmware upgrades until I fixed this a couple of weeks ago.
