WOw yeah im surly a newbie since i didnt even think to do a test run. is there any way I can do a test to see if I can read a catalog off an lto2? well i guess (theory craft) if i make a test box and hook it up to the lto4 library and i am able to do a restore using lto2 tapes that a catalog will work the same way.
