We're running VCS 4.0 on RHES. Every so often we receive a series of errors in the disk group agent log like the following:

We will receive related messages in the engine log: 2007/06/11 18:17:36 VCS ERROR V-16-2-13027 (XXXXX1) Resource(XXXX_DiskGroup) - monitor procedure did not complete within the expected time. 2007/06/11 18:23:36 VCS ERROR V-16-2-13210 (XXXXX1) Agent is calling clean for resource(XXXX_DiskGroup) because 4 successive invocations of the monitor procedure did not complete within the expected time. 2007/06/11 18:23:37 VCS INFO V-16-2-13068 (XXXXX1) Resource(XXXX_DiskGroup) - clean completed successfully. 2007/06/11 18:23:48 VCS INFO V-16-2-13026 (XXXXX1) Resource(XXXX_DiskGroup) - monitor procedure finished successfully after failing to complete within the expected time for (4) consecutive times. 2007/06/11 18:23:48 VCS INFO V-16-2-13082 (XXXXX1) Resource(XXXX_DiskGroup) recovered from fault, on its own. As far as I can tell, the clean runs, and then the monitor starts working again. The disk group itself is fine throughout, and has no issues that we can find. I'd like to know where else I could look to find the source of this, and clean it up. I'd be happier if it appeared to occur at a regular interval, it would at least give me a place to start.
