what version of VxFS do you have?
(/usr/lib/fs/vxfs/fstyp -v /dev/vx/rdsk/<diskgroup>/<volume>
look for version on the second line.
If you have version 4, I'd look into upgrade as soon as possible. We had
issues with spontaneous corruption recently on a version 4 filesystem.
It came out of nowhere and hit us 4 times in 3 weeks. the 4th time
causing some major damage.
Looks like version 5:
