I am trying to install Veritas Foundation 5.0 on a 2 node Sun cluster running
Solaris 10 upd 3. The installer aborts 2/3 way during the installation with
the Segmentation Fault error message (see below) while trying to copy the VCS
package to the other node. I have plenty of free diskspace (20 GB) on both the
root file system. This is on the Sunfire T2000 servers with dual 72 GB SAS
drives.
Has anybody seen this message?

I also found this message in the /var/adm/messages file on the other node:
FCP: Report Lun Has Changed
scsi: [ID 243001 kern.info] /[EMAIL PROTECTED]/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/[EMAIL
PROTECTED]/[EMAIL PROTECTED],2/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/[EMAIL PROTECTED],0 (fcp1):
Could this be the underlying hardware problem, or was it because of the
Veritas installation program? I did not find any hard disk error other than
the "FCP: Report Lun has changed" error above.
Any information on this would be much appreciated.
