You can use SFM 2.x which will allow you to get a centralized perspective of your datacenter, freely available for download from the following location: http://www.symantec.com/business/storage-foundation-manager
It is very easy to install and won't take more than 15 mins to setup a central server. The client side package is very small in size and you get possibly get you environment being managed via SFM in very less time.
