I've got a 5 node RAC cluster. I lost power to some disks and that brought down Oracle CRS. I was able to bring three nodes back with out any problems. However node 1 & 2 when I do a hastart and I check the engine_A.log the error that I'm getting is..
state: out of cluster reason: License has expired or is not available for operation; retry to add node failed. I have permanent licenses on all five nodes. I even removed the licenses and reinstalled them and still can't add the nodes.
