You have to "connect" to your share with the Finder (Command + K => 
smb://host/share) 
  then you can use the file:// on the mounted share.

But, subversion use filesystem locks that Samba (the client/server  
used by OS X to connect to Windows share) does not support them so it  
will probably not work.

Better setup a server, this is quite simple, even under Windows and  
safer.
