Hi Balu, The amount of changes in the files shouldn't have any influence.
Do you consistently get the same problem with the same files? If so, and the filenames contain any special characters (umlauts, accents, etc.), this might be related to the encoding problems mentioned in this thread: http://groups.google.com/group/versions/t/a57e867ad35a12ec There's also a good chance that an exception happens somewhere in our code to fetch the two files, which should result in a log entry that you can see with Console.app. Please let me know if anything gets logged over there when comparing changes fails.
