Thanks for the bug report.

I've tried to reproduce the problems and found the following results:

Repository bookmarks can only be dragged to places within bookmark
folders on Tiger and never to the top-most level of the bookmarks
list.  We'll dig into this problem as soon as we can, a workaround for
now is to put all your repository bookmarks in one shared folder, it
should be possible to organize them any way you want within the
folder.

I could consitently reproduce the problem with the window size and
location not being restored on Tiger, I filed a ticket for this bug
too.
