Kerri, You're advice was correct.  As it turn out my failure to
connect was/is  some anomaly I'm having with my ISP not allowing me to
reach the location.  We're working on it.  In th mean time,  sorry to
bother you given it wasn't a Versions problem... Thanks for you help
anyway. :)
