Cheers kieren good find, and I can see why its not well documented. Effectively that method just copies a folder as one might expect from Finder. tagging and branching is actually a convention and I suppose not a priority from their development perspective. I guess the app has to keep a broader scope than convention, but they should maybe document achieving those conventions within the application. Especially as their target market is new users they should be educating users on convention.
