Hi Adam, Is there any chance the computer you are using has an unusual network interface setup, like maybe no built-in Ethernet port?
It sounds weird, but it's the only thing I can think of that could cause this error. If this sounds likely (or if it doesn't) please drop me an email off- list and we'll figure it out together.
