Hi Kevin, This is a known problem, the reason it's not working is because we directly try to launch the bbedit command-line tool from their uninstalled location inside the BBEdit application, which has changed in BBEdit 9.1.1.
The guys at Bare Bones Software have been very helpful in explaining us the 'right way' to integrate with BBEdit and we'll have a release of Versions out that will fix this pretty soon.
