I had this issue too and was able to fix it with Keychain First Aid. Open up Keychain and click on the "Keychain First Aid" menu item under the Keychain Access menu. I first did Verify and sure enough there were some issues. Then I just clicked on Repair and Versions this error went away in Versions.
