If you are using svn+ssh chaces are that Version hides the ssh warning
for ip change in ip<=>key corelation in your ~/.ssh/known_hosts

Try to log just once by plain ssh to the server that changed ip and
accept (y) the ip change when prompted.

My guess is that it would resolve the problem.

If not, Versions expert may be needed.
