Hi Steve, A file:// URL always refers to a local folder on your filesystem, if you leave the usern...@localhost part out, it should work as expected.
It seems that you're bookmarking an existing repository. If you don't have an existing repository yet, but are trying to create one, use the “Local Repository” button in the welcome screen instead.
