I too am getting the file locked error when I try to commit. File unlocked according to my iMac (OSX10.6.2) and file permissions OK (me R&W, everyone Read only). Tried the Cleanup method suggested by Koen but got an error again.
"Working copy '/Users/martinrichmondhardy/Documents/Website RapidWeaver/ukraa-website/rapidweaver' locked" Text status is shown as Obstructed (black/yellow striped rectangle against the file).
