Hate to pile on, but this is particularly bad because doing a Show Changes on a file that only got property changes (eg svn:mergeinfo) is expected to bring up FileMerge showing 0 changes. This makes it seem like certain revisions were only affected by property changes when in fact they had content changes. (not being able to see property changes from Versions is a separate issue…)
