Are you sure its fixed. I have the exact same issue. At my company
passwords are changed every month, and three bad attempts equals a
lockout. For some reason I am always having lockout issues (In fact I
am locked out right now). This latest lockout was caused by going to
an old bookmark (having forgotten to check the password had been
updated) and doing an svn delete on a folder in the repository. This
fired off several auth attempts and triggered the lock out.

I am now disabling saving passwords as the IT guy is fed up constantly
having to unlock my account. Anyone got any ideas how to avoid this. I
have something like 40-50 bookmarks and manual changes every month is
not an option.
