HI Lance, Thanks for pointing that out, very true. :)
Some additional clarification, to help everyone set their expectations: - We actively monitor our support inbox and make sure we get back to emails sent there as soon as possible. - We try to keep tabs on the group, but if you need/expect a reply from us, please send us a support email. - We're working on an update that fixes bugs and adds new functionality, but aren't ready to publicly announce anything about it (or an ETA) yet. Thanks, - Dirk the Versions team On May 6, 12:36 am, Lance Haysom <[email protected]> wrote: > I find quicker replies come from emailing support direct... > > On 6/05/2010, at 6:58 AM, TheDO wrote: > > > > > > > > > Two weeks. no response to this message, and it's still on the front > > page of the Versions Google Group.... is Versions really that hurting > > for a bustling user base? > > > On Apr 22, 8:11 pm, TheDO <[email protected]> wrote: > >> I'm not sure how well Versions is performing for the parent companies > >> as a revenue-generating product, nor am I asking, but I do wonder > >> if a > >> lack of revenue from licenses is resulting in the slow update > >> schedule.
