The only difference between the trial and the full app is that the trial stops working after a certain point (21 days). Every feature of the full version is in the trial, so if the Add button is disabled, there has to be another reason for that. To figure out what that may be, please drop us a line at [email protected] with more details on what you're exacty trying to do.
