A small number of users have posted problems using Versions, the "Accept Forever" button did not seem to accept the certificate for any longer than the current request. I had this problem and fixed it by changing permissions on my ~/.subversion/auth directory.
chown -R <username> ~/.subversion The problem was of course that svn couldn't write to the .subversion/ auth directory and I didn't see any errors pop up regarding the failure to write. In my case, the svn command line tool also did not save username/password settings.
