The Local Changes toolbar button is extremely convenient, but one case when it
doesn't work (i.e. it is disabled by the app) is when I've selected a resource
which appears to be new (added) but is really "added-with-history". (When using
`svn status`, a + sign appears in the 4th column for such items.) For example,
when I move/copy/rename a file and have added local modifications, I'd like to
be able to see those changes before committing. Currently I have to resort to
using Terminal for such comparisons, which is really annoying.

I realize this is a non-trivial enhancement, since Versions would need to check
for history with addition for a resource when validating a menu/toolbar item.
However, it would be extremely nice.

Thanks,
