While it's sitting around Waiting, you can launch Activity Monitor from 
/Applications/Utilities, search for Versions which should leave only a single 
entry in the list. Select Versions in the list, which should enable the "Sample 
Process" button in the toolbar. Click Sample Process, which will bring up a 
window, where it will do an inspection of the process to see what it's 
currently doing. Once that's done, you should have a "Saveā€¦" button in the 
upper right hand of that window. Save that file, and send it to 
versi...@blackpixel.com which will get it to the right people to take a look. 

Console.app logs might also be helpful if there's anything there. System 
information (particularly OS version), and App version would help.
