Sorry - forgot to send this to the list...

The patch is looking very nice. It looks a pretty clean implementation
and is a excellent new feature.

I haven't gone through it in complete detail yet... One "picky" point
is that there appears to be a tiny offset between the picker marker
and the plot - this appears to go away if you switch off anti
aliasing. I seem to remember seeing this in Qt before. Maybe there's a
hint I can investigate to switch on anti aliasing for the marker.

Also, I was trying to keep the code at the Python 2.4 level for
compatibility with RHEL, but maybe this not so important as RHEL6 is
out anyway, and RHEL doesn't come with Qt-4.5+.
