First off, thank all of you involved in this truly incredible program. I have investigated a lot of plotting packages over the years(gnuplot, matplotlib, R, etc) and I think Veusz is the best in terms of features, flexibility and user interface. I think the last one is often ignored.
Most of the bar graphs in my field of study (immunology) require only one sided (positive going) error bars. I think a potential work around is to import as asymmetric error bars and have the negative one set to zero but it appears that the negative error bar is actually drawn on top of the bar so that if the bar outline is not absolute black or is set thinner than the error bar line, the zero length negative error bar is still visible over the bar outline. I think a possible implementation is to separately enable + and - error bars. _______________________________________________ Veusz-discuss mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/veusz-discuss
