Hello, 1. You need to install h5py, for example from here: http://code.google.com/p/h5py/downloads/list I can not import h5py without the relavent python module. I wrote the file such that it will still run (but not imort) if there is no h5py module present.
2. At first, I just wrote in inside the general plugin file, and just pasted it into seperate file. Anyway, one shuld register the importer in importplugin.py -- importpluginregistry list.
