Tom,

Success? Define success. LOL Drilling this summer was unsuccessful = no
gas to process. They are still at it, hopefully have enough next summer to
run the plant. So plant is on stand-by until spring. We left it near
complete so we could finish it in better weather next spring to process the
gas in the summer. I have a lot of ideas for a better plant (wasn't mine
that we installed), so if the gas volumes justify it, I'll be back to
re-engineer the one on the site.

As a company (mine), it was a very successful venture. Construction is not
on my resume, but I had to wear the hat of chief inspector and field
installation engineer to handle vendor no-shows (along with tech. support
and customer rep.). Planned to work 2 weeks of each month in field, wound
up working months on end in the field- not my bag of tea. Didn't have much
time to enjoy the Moab area, but did see the sights. It's a tourist trap,
so we had to learn how the locals survived without getting fleeced.

Missed two fishing vacations and the FFF clave in Whitefish, plus the Denver
Flyfishing Retail Trade Show. (Now flyfishing related) Planning now for
2009 fly shows and fishing trips. I know I can make the Denver Furimski
show and the ISE Sportsman's expo, but it looks like we will miss the Sowbug
and Idaho Shows (cruise). I am planning to make the 2009 FFF. Anyone know
where it is? I'd like to make a Jersey show again- that was fun. Also want
to make the FFF Saltwater show + fishing. Also planning another trip to
Loreto for August.

DonO

It's good to hear from you Don. It would have been fun to have hooked
up with you while you were in Utah, but it sounds like you didn't
really have a lot of time. Were your efforts with your company a
success?
