Allan, It was a far cry from out 30+ fish morning while wading but when they are running more water than you can wade, I have to use the boat. He only caught a few smallish Browns and it was the last evening he would me here. You do what you have to do. LOL Tony

And that's what it's all about. Allan p.s.: We had a good example of how much rain we've been having around here. On the way home from Chinook, we stopped past Lieber Lake (formerly Cataract Lake). We drove down to the boat ramp. BIG lake - what's that out there? OH. The fishing platform. Looked like it was 100 feet off-shore. I stopped at the gatehouse and asked how high the water was. He said it is 36 feet above the beach! And they can only drop the lake one foot in a day (it's a flood control lake). Good grief. THIRTY SIX feet above normal pool stage. And it's a big lake. Normally there's a 20 foot waterfall that feeds the lake. Even that would be 16 feet underwater.
