We are tying Streamers (warmwater or coldwater) - (trout, bluegills, steelhead - your decision). Self-addressed stamped envelops (MANDATORY), toe tags etc (all the normal rules or guidelines) Again for our friends not in the US, send 3-6 extra flys and I will pay the postage back and fill out the custom forms BUT you still need a self-addressed envelope.
