Gary...... i've sent and recieved flies and hooks both..........to and from overseas many times before, to a LOT of different people...........(just very rarely cash).........and i've never had any problems with it...........main thing i was thinkin' bout (other than some customes guy rippin' off the $), is not doin' anything to slow down the process, thereby makin' myself late on delivery...........best to just get the flies in the mail asap.........then that's not a problem. i was once in the annual Christmas sawp that Iain holds every year.....(was my second time) and when i put the value of the flies on the paperwork.........the amount they wanted from him, in order to "deliver"...........was so high he wouldn't pay it........and who could blame him.................needless to say, he sent them back and i hadda do my best to get them out individually to the others in the swap...............what a pain in the ass that was.............most never did get their fly...............lol. THAT'S why i asked about usin' the word "Gift." Enough to teach you to stay OUT of swaps with 30+ people in them, while also usin' expensive hooks..........LMAO he mumbels to himself..............i gotta stop usin' expensive hooks in swaps all the time................................................lol........
