When we were in Alaska a few years ago I didn't get a chance to fish inland, but I did catch a couple off shore near Juno. Best I can hope for now is the rivers in Indiana & Michigan that feed into Lake Michigan. Not the same as Alaska, but I've had a couple break-offs when I got into the backing.
