Jeff, The Sowbug is a whole different concept. It is a show for tyers and we want to have new and old tyers. We care nothing about how long they have tied just that they can converse with others and tie a fair fly. We like to have tyers that can do some thing different and can show how they do it. The next Sowbug will have a couple of young tyers that have never tied at a show. They would never be considered for the Conclave. Maybe this why we have a waiting list for tyers, we can only handle 130 tyers max and why we went to a three day show.. I am glad you feel you have come a long way with this.
