that's what i figured....."stiffness".....i've been told that before by guys who make furled leaders. makes perfect sense.......i just wanted to hear your reasons and keep the thread goin' for those who are following to learn. there are hundreds (or so i'm told) of lurkers out there who follow along to learn "Stuff" yet who never post. i wish they would.....but that's up to them. Thankx, you've always been a good one. btw, of all the different waxes i have, and use.....depending, Veniards is one of my favorties.
