Welcome to the list.  Yes, there are a few on the list from Utah, and you'll 
probably be hearing from them soon.  I live in Wyoming, so we're not too far 
apart.

Don't know much about winter, since I live in Wyoming, lol, but we just hit 
them with smaller nymphs, and maybe some very small brown wooly-bugger 
patterns.  Some do well with crane-fly larva, which looks like part of an 
earthworm.
